Responsibilities:
- Assisting in all aspects of a retailing outlet operation, especially display, reports, stock count, merchandising and cleanliness
- To ensure you achieve the sales targets indicated in the budget
- To provide efficient after-sales service for the end users of company's products
- To play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification with pleasant personality
- Fluent in English, BM & any Chinese dialects and able to converse with customer at ease
- Must possess customer-oriented mind-set with strong customer-focus selling experience, preferably in a FMCG –Fast Moving Consumer Goods /retail environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales oriented and positive work attitude

Job description:
- Pack order that comes in various platform
- Pull & packs product based on daily orders
- Meets specifics of customer order in a timely manner
- Keep products separated, organized & in good rotation
- Maintain clean , sanitary & safe work area
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Organized person & pays close attention to detail
- No experience required as job training will be provided
Job Details:
- Location : penang greenlane
- FULL TIME : 1200-1500 ( BASED ON EXPERIENCE )
- PART TIME : RM7/ HOURS
- WORKING 5 DAYS A WEEK (8:30am-6:00pm)
(weekend when necessary on peak day)

Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the development of company webstore and all external ecommerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
- Assist in the development ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Working with branding and business development team to develop and grow the e-commerce operations across different markets
- Assist in driving the sales performance of company e-commerce platform by the execution of effective promotional and brand awareness campaigns.
- To implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth of e-commerce platform.
- Create and manage product descriptions for online marketplace platforms
- Plan and monitor online ecommerce platform paid search marketing campaigns and partner with ecommerce vendors to leverage all marketing opportunities.
- Assist in providing in depth analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and to offer up further plans on improving future campaigns.
- Responsible to all social media and A&P related to e-commerce activities and offline activities to drive traffic to company website or vendors.
- Personally involved in product photo shooting activities or thru photography agency with or without model engagement.
- Ensure all database are well organized, keep and fully utilize for marketing activities.
- Planning on email and mobile marketing with relevant contents for online and offline activities.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role. Experience within digital marketing is a plus.
- Possess a basic understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
- High level of attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- A strong customer oriented talent with creative and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description:
- Manage & handle daily ecommerce order fulfilment
- Attend to customers' inquiries and requests in an adept, amiable, helpful, and timely manner.
- Overseeing e-commerce clients' fulfillment needs from capacity, speed, requirements, and executions.
- Perform jobs to ensure e-Commerce fulfillment (company web and Marketplaces) perform at high satisfactory level
- Monitor delivery partner performance and onboard new quality partners.
- Deal with customer feedbacks or issues sensitively, courteously and escalate to superiors when necessary.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by superior.
- Monitor closely courier collection process (make sure they come and collect)
- Return and Refund process and policy
- Replacement process and policy
- Assist in looking after the stock availability for all online platform (Brand site and Marketplaces), ensure all stock ordering are done and stock are available and allocated to varies online platforms based on the forecasted incoming online campaign and projected SKUs’ sales.
