Usage
‰Û¡ÌÝåÁÌÎÌ�Ì´Ì�ÌÎÌ_‰Û¢ÌÛ_ÌÎå«_Cold Therapy:
‰Û¡ÌÝåÁÌÎÌ�Ì´Ì�ÌÎå«Ì´Ìö_Place the pack in a freezer for at least 10-15 minutes before each use.
‰Û¡ÌÝåÁÌÎÌ�Ì´Ì�ÌÎÌ_‰Û¢ÌÛ_ÌÎå«_Hot Therapy:
‰Û¡ÌÝåÁÌÎÌ�Ì´Ì�ÌÎå«Ì´Ìö_Hot Water
1. Place the pack in hot water (max 80‰Û¡ÌÝåÁÌÎÌ�Ì´Ì�ÌÎÌ_Ì´å£ÌÎÌ_ÌÎå£) for 10-15 minutes.
2. Remove and wrap the pack in a dry towel.
3. Apply to affected area.
