Directions for use
Before use:
Do brief exercises to warm your body. Place the stretcher on the floor or the back of a chair.
Usage time:
Focus on each area for 30 seconds; for 10 minutes total.
How to use:
Apply pressure to the stiff area using your body weight.
When using it on your back, place the thinner side directly under your navel. For best results, stretch your arms straight.
Precautions
- Do not apply direct pressure on your low back (lumbar spine) or your neck (cervical spine).
- Can be used to relieve tension in legs, knees, and feet. Make sure positioning does not cause discomfort.
- If you feel any discomfort during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Do not use it on injured areas, inflamed areas of the skin, or when you feel unwell.
