You’ll want to take tension level into account when buying an exercise band. Please refer chart below for the strength levels of each color:
-If you’re new to working out, start with a lighter resistance level (which is generally signified by the colors yellow and red).
-Medium-resistance bands are typically blue
-High-resistance bands are purple & silver—these may be more appropriate for experienced athletes.
